摘　　要：目的探究以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)模式在手足口病患儿中的应用效果及对儿童情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)评分的影响。方法抽选2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的66例手足口病患儿,按双盲法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组33例。对照组开展常规护理模式干预,研究组开展FCC模式干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组的SCARED各维度评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗依从性各项目评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的皮疹、疱疹、发热消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,NSNS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FCC模式应用于手足口病患儿中可以有效消除临床症状和负面情绪,提升患儿治疗依从性及家属护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of family centered care(FCC)mode in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and its influence on the Screen of Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)score.Methods A total of 66 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to double-blind method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing mode intervention,and the research group carried out FCC mode intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of SCARED in both groups decreased,and those in the research group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The score of each item of treatment compliance and total score in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of rash,herpes,fever and hospital stay in the research group were shorter than those in the control group,and the NSNS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The FCC mode applied in children with hand-foot-mouth disease can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms and negative emotion,and improve the treatment compliance of children and the nursing satisfaction of families.
