摘　　要：为研发对虾养殖气象指数保险产品,通过分析气象灾害对对虾生长环境的影响确定气象指数,采用HP滤波方法构建气象指数灾损模型,分析气象指数出现概率确定保险理赔触发值,基于灾损模型和调查结论,采用经验费率法厘定气象指数保险费率。结果表明:高温、暴雨和大风对对虾生长环境影响较大,三种指数的综合影响与对虾养殖减产率相关性最好,按照国家气象观测站气象指数出现次数作为保险的理赔依据,厘定唐山市对虾养殖气象指数保险平均费率为7.35%、保费为5 515.5元/hm^(2)。In order to develop shrimp breeding meteorological index insurance products, the meteorological index was determined by analyzing the impact of meteorological disasters on the growth environment of shrimp, using HP Filtering Method to build meteorological disaster loss model, analyze the occurrence probability of meteorological index and clarify the trigger value of insurance claim settlement, based on disaster damage model and investigation conclusion, the empirical premium rate method was used to determine the premium rate of meteorological index. The results showed that: high temperature, rainstorm and strong wind had a great impact on the growth environment of shrimp, the comprehensive influence of the three indexes had the strongest correlation with the yield reduction rate of shrimp culture, the occurrence times of the meteorological index of the national meteorological observation station shall be taken as the basis for the settlement of insurance claims, the average insurance rate of meteorological index of shrimp breeding in Tangshan was determined to be 7.35% and the premium was 5 515.5 yuan/hm^(2).
