摘　　要：跨界融合是出版业高质量发展的必由之路,协同发展是出版服务的趋势所向。数字出版服务是图书馆在媒介融合环境下创新驱动服务范式,参与构建数字出版服务共同体的服务举措。对图书馆数字出版服务能力建设问题进行研究,探索新环境下数字出版服务理念,分析出版服务能力建设要素,聚焦出版服务能力建设路径,有助于激发数字出版服务活力,提高数字出版服务质量,为打造图书馆出版服务新生态提供发展思路和应对策略。Cross-border convergence is the only way for the high-quality development of publishing industry,and collaborative development is the trend of publishing services.Digital publishing service is a service measure of innovation-driven service paradigm under the background of media convergence and a service measure for libraries to participate in the construction of a community of digital publishing service.Researching the problems of library digital publishing service capability construction,exploring the philosophy of digital publishing service in the new environment,analyzing the elements of publishing service capability construction,and focusing on the path of publishing service capability construction can stimulate the vitality of digital publishing service,improve the quality of digital publishing service,and provide development ideas and coping strategies for building a new ecology of library publishing service.
