摘　　要：英国伦敦大学亚非学院图书馆在文献资源国际化建设方面有丰富的经验,值得我国高校图书馆参考借鉴。文章通过文献调研法、网络调研法和案例分析法,对亚非学院图书馆文献资源国际化建设情况进行介绍与梳理,归纳亚非学院图书馆文献资源国际化建设经验:该图书馆海外文献采购和馆员队伍专业化建设有效促进了人才培养和学科建设,开放共享的理念和服务全球的意识进一步提升了图书馆的国际影响力。通过分析亚非学院图书馆馆藏资源建设与学科建设相互影响的经典案例,对我国高校图书馆文献资源国际化建设提出建议:加强馆际合作与资源共享,提升馆员素质,着重发挥文献资源建设对学科发展和人才培养的推动作用,重视文献资源国际化建设对提升学校国际影响力的促进作用。SOAS Library,University of London,UK has rich experience in the international construction of literature resources,which is worthy of reference by Chinese university libraries.This article introduces and sorts out the general situation of the international construction of the library’s literature resources of the SOAS through the method of literature research,network research and case analysis,and summarizes the experience of the international construction of the library’s literature resources of the SOAS:overseas literature procurement and the professional construction of the librarian team effectively promotes talent training and discipline construction,and the concept of openness and sharing and the awareness of serving the world further enhance the international influence of the library.By analyzing the classic cases of the interaction between the construction of the collection resources and the discipline construction of the SOAS library,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the international construction of the literature resources of the university libraries in my country:strengthen inter-library cooperation and resource sharing,improve the quality of librarians,and focus on the construction of literature resources,promote the development of disciplines and personnel training,and attach importance to the promotion of the internationalization of literature resources to enhance the school’s international influence.
