摘　　要：本文简要分析了普通住宅屋面防水施工问题,并且从基层处理、外墙防渗、分隔缝处理等角度出发,梳理了屋面防水施工要点。另外,本文还以人字形屋顶为例,探讨了兰州市某老旧小区项目的屋面防水施工方法,以期提高普通住宅屋面的防水效果,促进屋面防水技术的不断发展。In this paper,the roof waterproofing construction of ordinary residence is briefly analyzed,and the key points of roof waterproofing construction are combed from the perspectives of base treatment,external wall seepage prevention,and separation joint treatment.In addition,taking the gable roof as an example,this paper explores the roof waterproof construction method of an old residential district project in Lanzhou,so as to improve the waterproof effect of roof of ordinary residence and promote the continuous development of roof waterproof technology.
