摘　　要：建筑防水施工是建筑工程中的关键环节。防水施工质量会直接影响建筑的整体防水性能,其与建筑物的安全性密切相关。近年来,随着建筑行业的快速发展,人们对工程质量提出了更加严格的要求。在建筑施工过程中,不同的部位需要使用不同的防水技术。因此,相关人员需要熟练掌握建筑防水技术及施工管理控制要点,从而在保证施工顺利进行的同时,有效避免渗漏水问题。基于此,本文分析了建筑防水技术及施工管理控制要点,以期为相关人员提供参考。Building waterproof construction is a key link in construction engineering,the quality of waterproofing construction will directly affect the overall waterproofing performance of buildings,which is closely related to the safety of buildings.In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction industry,people put forward more stringent requirements for engineering quality.In the construction process,different waterproof technologies are needed for different parts.Therefore,relevant personnel need to master the control points of construction waterproof technology and construction management,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of water leakage while ensuring the smooth progress of construction.Based on this,this paper analyzes the control points of construction waterproof technology and construction management,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
