摘　　要：介绍了南钢汽车齿轮用钢20CrMnTiHH的研制与开发,重点介绍了第二炼钢厂和中棒厂生产过程控制。开发生产的20CrMnTiHH外形尺寸、表面质量、内部质量与理化性能均合格,各项性能指标均满足用户使用要求。This paper introduced the research and development of automobile gear steel 20CrMnTiHH,especially the process control during production in Steel-making Plant 2#and Medium Bar Mill.The dimension,surface quality,in-termal quality,physical and chemical properties of 20CrMnTiHH developed and produced are all qualified,with all property indicators meeting the requirements of the customers.
