摘　　要：介绍棒材生产线目前主流形式冷剪的结构形式以及运行程序模式,分析冷剪频发故障的现象、原因和解决方法,着重阐述防止离合器异常抱死故障的保护装置系统的改造方法,确保冷剪稳定运行,减少故障和设备维护费用。This paper detailly elaborates the structure and operation program modes of the current mainstream cold shears for bar production,introduces the phenomenon,causes and solutions of frequent failures of the cold shear,and focuses on the revamp method of the protection device system to prevent the abnormal locking of the clutch,so as to en-sure the stable operation of the cold shear and reduce the faults and equipment maintenance costs.
