摘　　要：球团厂1#、2#竖炉改造前产能107万吨/年,无法满足当前生产需求,现利用大修期间对1#、2#竖炉及配套系统进行扩容改造,提升产能,为高炉提供足量优质球团矿。主要改造内容为:配料系统、干燥系统、球磨系统、造球系统、1#竖炉本体。经扩容改造后,1#、2#竖炉可实现年产球团矿150万吨,且球团技经指标得到提升,具有较大经济效益。The capacity of Shaft Furmaces 1#&2#of Pelletizing Plant of NISCO was 1.07 million tons per year before revamp,which was unable to meet the production demand.Shaft Furmaces 1#&2#and the supporting systems were ex-panded during the overhaul period to increase the capacity so as to provide sficient high-quality pellets for blast fur-naces.The revamp mainly includes mixing system,drying system,ball milling system,pelletizing system and main body of Shaft Furmace 1#.After revamp,the annual production capacity of Shaft Furmaces 1#&2#can be 1.5 million tons,and the technical and economic indicators of pellets are improved bringing good economic benefits.
