萝藦纤维的成分与可纺性研究

摘  要:文章以萝藦藤蔓茎杆为原料,采用河水浸渍和手工提取的方法制取萝藦纤维,并对其组成成分、结构和可纺性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明所提取的萝藦纤维组成成分与苎麻相似,属于天然纤维素纤维,通过进一步脱胶和细化,萝藦纤维具有潜在的可纺性。In this paper,metaplexis japonica stalks were taken as raw materials to make metaplexis japonica fiber(MJF)with river water dipping and manual extraction method.The fiber’s composition,structure and spinnability were also tested and analyzed.The results shows that the composition of the extracted MJF is similar to that of ramie,which belongs to natural cellulose fiber,the extracted MJF has potential spinnability with further degumming and refinement treatments.
