摘 要:文章以杞柳皮为原料,经机械打击、河水浸渍、碱煮脱胶、漂白等工序制得杞柳纤维。处理过程的氢氧化钠浓度为20g/L,碱煮时间3h、碱煮温度100℃,漂白过程中过氧化氢质量浓度30mL/L,漂白时间30min,漂白温度90℃。试验结果表明,通过合理设置碱煮与漂白工艺参数能够顺利提取出杞柳纤维,但纤维未能完全分离成单纤维,可通过优化工艺提高纤维分离度,以拓展其应用范围。In this paper,the extraction technology of Salix integra fiber was discussed.The fiber could be prepared from salix integra bark by mechanical hammering,impregnation with river water,alkali cooking and degum,bleaching and other processes.The concentration of NaOH was 20g/L,the alkali cooking time was 3h,the alkali cooking temperature was 100℃,the mass concentration of H2O2in the bleaching process was 30mL/L,the bleaching time was 30min,and the bleaching temperature was 90℃.The experimental results show that the fibers could be successfully extracted by reasonable setting of alkali cooking and bleaching process parameters,but the fibers could not be completely separated into single fibers.The application scope of Salix integra bark could be expanded by optimizing process and improving fiber separation degree.
