摘 要:文章进行了紧密赛络纺成纱工艺实验,并与紧密纺进行对比,发现捻系数对紧密赛络纺成纱强力及纱线断裂伸长率存在较大影响,为兼顾指标与生产效率,建议紧密赛络纺捻系数取140;与紧密纺比,紧密赛络纺纱线结构紧密,纤维排列整齐,与轴向夹角较小,但纱线表面毛羽要比紧密纺纱线多且长,成纱强力及弹性伸长紧密纺赛络纺要弱于紧密纺。Yarn forming process experiment of compact siro spinning was made in this paper,and compared with compact spinning yarn.The results showed that twist coefficient had a great influence on the strength and elongation at break of compact siro yarns.Considering both the index and production efficiency,twist coefficient of compact siro spinning yarn was suggested to be 140.Compared with compact spinning yarn,compact siro yarn structure was compact,the fibers were arranged neatly,and the included angle with the axial direction was smaller,but the yarn surface hairiness was more and longer than that of compact spinning yarn.The strength and elastic elongation of compact siro spinning was weaker than that of compact spinning.
