摘  要:V锥流量计是一种比较新型的差压流量计,它与传统的差压流量计相比有更高的可靠性、更小的压力损失、量程比更宽、精度更高等优点。本文从V锥流量计锥体几何形状对流出系数的影响着手,采用有限元软件中k-ε湍流模型对V锥流量计的锥体进行了仿真模拟。研究了V锥流量计的压力差和锥体几何形状的关系,为V锥流量计进一步研究提供理论依据。The V-cone flowmeter is a new type of differential pressure flowmeter. Compared with the traditional differential pressure flowmeter,the V-cone flowmeter has the advantages of higher reliability, smaller pressure loss, wider range ratio and higher accuracy. In this paper, the influence of the cone geometry on the outflow coefficient of the V-cone flowmeter is studied, and the turbulence model in finite element software is used to simulate the cone of v-cone flowmeter. The relationship between pressure difference and cone geometry of the V-cone flowmeter is studied, which provides theoretical basis for further study of the V-cone flowmeter.
