摘　　要：贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,建设生态强省,是推进省级区域高质量发展的内在要求,也是加强生态文明建设的题中之意。新发展阶段,在梳理生态强省建设实践样本以及阐明河南省生态文明建设历史方位的基础上,以问题为导向,从规划引领、统筹推进林业生态保护、城乡区域污染防治、发展绿色经济和依法治国等方面提出生态强省建设的基本路径和发展策略,对于坚持绿色发展理念,不断推进生态文明建设实践,促进人与自然和谐共生,具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。Implementing Xi Jinping′s concept of ecological civilization and building an ecologically strong province is an inherent demand for promoting the high-quality development of provincial-level regions,and it is also the core meaning of strengthening environmental protection efforts in various regions.In the new development stage,based on problem-orientation,from planning,promoting forestry ecological protection,urban and rural regional pollution prevention and control of green economy and rule of law,the basic path of ecologically strong province construction and development strategy are put forward by combing the ecologically strong province construction practice samples and clarifying the historical orientation of ecological civilization construction in Henan province,which has the important theoretical significance and practical value to adhere to the green development concept,constantly promote ecological civilization construction practice,and contribute to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
