渤海德里府、德理镇与边州军镇设防问题考

摘　　要：渤海国边镇德里府之名称应该采用“四库本”《唐会要》的记载,而非“殿本”《唐会要》的显德府。渤海国在周边区域设置军镇和对部族的监管押领机构,既可屏蔽边界,维护自身安全,亦可伺机主动出击,对敌对方构成压力,起到震慑或制衡作用。同时,渤海国边防军镇的设置也有着扼守和维护边防交通要道的特殊任务。加上德里府,渤海国周边军镇应有六条通道。德里府之地原为黑水靺鞨勃利州,勃利与德里,应是音译的不同。The name of Deli Fu(德里府),the frontier town of Bohai Kingdom,should be adopted from the encyclopedia Siku Quanshu version of the history book Tang Huiyao,rather than from the Tang Huiyao compiled at the Hall of Martial Valor.The latter named Deli Fu as Xiande Fu.Bohai Kingdom set up military bases near Deli Fu and monitored the tribes there.In this way,the kingdom not only kept enemies at bay,but also threatened them with pre-emptive strikes.At the same time,military towns were built along the border of the kingdom to protect important border passageways.Along with those in Deli Fu,there should be six passageways in the military towns of the Bohai Kingdom.Deli Fu used to be called the Boli State of the Heishui Mohe(黑水靺鞨).As for why the Boli State was later called Deli Fu,transliteration may be the answer.
