摘　　要：目的 观察外感治咳方在基层医院治疗小儿感染后咳嗽中的临床疗效。方法 选取感染后咳嗽患儿300例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各150例。观察组患儿应用外感治咳方治疗,对照组患儿给予西医常规治疗,对比两组疗效、中医证候总积分、咳嗽消失时间、炎症标志物[血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]水平以及不良反应。结果 观察组与对照组总有效率分别为95.3%、85.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候总积分、咳嗽消失时间均低于对照组,炎症标志物SAA、CRP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 外感治咳方治疗小儿感染后咳嗽临床疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,缩短咳嗽持续时间,降低炎症标志物水平,且不增加不良反应,值得在基层医院推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of treatment of children cough after colds with Waigan Zhike Fang in community hospitals.Methods 300 cases of children cough after colds were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, the children in control group were treated with routine western medicine, the children in treatment group were treated with Waigan Zhike Fang.The curative effect, total score of TCM syndromes, disappearance time of cough, levels of inflammatory markers [serum amyloid A(SAA),C-reactive protein(CRP)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.3% and 85.3% respectively, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes and the disappearance time of cough in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of inflammatory markers SAA and CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of inflammatory markers SAA and CRP in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Waigan Zhike Fang has significant clinical effects on children cough after colds.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and shorten cough duration.reduce the level of inflammatory markers without increasing adverse reactions,This treatment is recommended to spread in community hospitals.
