摘 要:介绍了柬埔寨某超高层住宅项目的工程概况和地质条件,该项目采用后注浆钻孔灌注桩基础。简述了该桩基础的基本原理、计算要点和主要参数;根据试桩静载试验结果,说明该单桩承载力可用于设计。按照变刚度调平设计的原理,选择了合适的桩间距和桩数,使塔楼的基础变形更均匀,优化了基础的配筋;选择了不同的桩径、桩长和持力层,来减小塔楼与裙楼的沉降差。由于基础埋深不满足规范要求,对塔楼的整体稳定性进行验算,结果表明该结构是安全可靠的。By introducing the engineering overview and geological conditions of a super high-rise residential project in Cambodia,the post-grouting bored pile foundation is adopted.The basic principle,computational points and main parameters of the pile foundation are briefly described;according to the results of static load test,the bearing capacity of single pile can be used for design.According to the principle of variable rigidity design,the appropriate pile spacing and pile number are selected to make the foundation deformation of the tower more uniform,and the foundation reinforcement is optimized;different pile diameter,pile length and bearing stratum are selected to reduce the differential settlement between tower and podium building.Because the embedded depth of foundation does not meet the specification requirements,the overall stability of the tower is checked,and the results show that the structure is safe and reliable.
