摘  要:为评价再生剂自身耐老化性能,通过再生剂RTFOT短期老化试验和四组分含量试验,以质量损失、残余黏度比及组分含量变化关系分析(SY,ZH,YH)三种再生剂自身耐老化能力,依据试验结果得出了SY与ZH耐老化能力基本相当,YH次之的结论;利用离心法分离沥青与集料,利用布氏漏斗分离矿粉,得到抽提液,为避免回收沥青发生二次热氧老化,利用空白试验对旋转蒸发器后续加热时间进行标定,时间为25 min;通过再生剂改善旧沥青相关性能试验,依据试验结果建立线性回归预估方程,得出再生沥青目标性能指标下其再生剂的合理掺量。To evaluate the aging resistance of regenerant itself,through the regenerant RTFOT short-term aging test and four components in test,to the quality loss relation between residual viscosity ratio and component content analysis(SY useful YH)three regenerant itself ageing resistance ability,on the basis of the results it is concluded that the SY is obtained with useful ageing resistance ability basic quite,YH second conclusion;asphalt and aggregate were separated by centrifugal method,and ore powder was separated by Bushir funnel to obtain the extract.In order to avoid secondary thermal and oxygen aging of recycled asphalt,the subsequent heating time of rotary evaporator was calibrated by blank test,and the time was 25 min.According to the test results,the linear regression prediction equation was established to obtain the reasonable amount of regenerating agent under the target performance index of regenerated asphalt.
