摘　　要：以临汾市某住宅楼为例,通过围护结构和供暖现状调查,按照节能65%中围护结构传热系数限制,提出改造技术方案,采用PKPM能效测评软件对住宅楼进行能耗计算分析,根据计算结果进行经济性评价。Take a residential building in Linfen city as an example,based on the investigation of envelope structure and heating status,according to the limit of heat transfer coefficient of envelope structure in 65%energy saving,the modification technical scheme is proposed.The energy consumption of residential buildings is calculated and analyzed by PKPM energy efficiency evaluation software,and the economic evaluation is carried out according to the calculation results.
