圈养与野生川金丝猴应激水平的比较研究

摘　　要：为进一步探索川金丝猴(Rhinopithecus roxellana)应激水平和生殖激素的变化,以川金丝猴的粪便为试验材料,提取粪便中的肠道上皮细胞RNA和内固醇激素,检查样本皮质醇、睾酮和孕酮水平。结果显示:圈养(n=30)和野生(n=45)川金丝猴中,仅从3只圈养川金丝猴的粪便中提取出了RNA;圈养川金丝猴皮质醇质量分数显著高于野生川金丝猴(P<0.05);圈养雌性川金丝猴皮质醇和孕酮质量分数显著高于野生雌性川金丝猴(P<0.01);圈养成年雄性川金丝猴皮质醇和睾酮质量分数显著高于野生雄性川金丝猴(P<0.05)。说明圈养川金丝猴应激水平、睾酮和孕酮质量分数高于野生个体,结果可为后续川金丝猴的繁育研究奠定理论和实践基础。In order to further explore the changes of stress level and reproductive hormone in Sichuan snub-nosed monkey(Rhinopithecus roxellana),its feces were taken as the research object.RNA and endosterol hormones were extracted from the intestinal epithelial cells of Sichuan snub-nosed monkey feces in order to detect the levels of cortisol,testosterone and progesterone.The results showed that among 30 captive and 40 wild Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys RNA was extracted from the feces of only three captive Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys.The cortisol content of captive Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys was significantly higher than that of wild Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys(P<0.05).The contents of cortisol and progesterone in captive female Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys were significantly higher than those in wild female Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys(P<0.01).The contents of cortisol and testosterone in captive male Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys were significantly higher than those in wild male Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys(P<0.05).The findings suggested that the stress level,testosterone and progesterone content of captive Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys are higher than those of wild individuals.The results can lay a theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent breeding research of Sichuan snub-nosed monkeys.
