摘  要:2019年和2020年的4—9月,采用样带调查法对江西南矶湿地国家级自然保护区爬行动物开展了资源调查,系统分析了南矶保护区爬行动物群落结构、丰富度及空间分布格局。结果表明:区内共记录爬行动物2目6科11种,其中灰鼠蛇(Ptyas korros)和台湾小头蛇(Oligodon formosanus)为保护区物种新纪录;短尾蝮(Gloydius brevicaudus)为优势种,种群数量占总数的44.07%。从分布型构成上划分,季风型(E)4种、南中国型(S)4种和东洋型(W)3种。多样性分析表明,生境类型对爬行动物多样性指数和均匀度指数具有显著影响,多样性指数和均匀度指数均为灌草丛生境最高。开展南矶保护区爬行动物资源调查,摸清爬行动物群落结构和种群现状,对于开展鄱阳湖生物多样性保护具有重要的意义。From April to September in 2019 and 2020,we had conducted systematic investigation and analysis on the resources,diversity and fauna of reptiles in the Nanji Wetland National Nature Reserve.The results showed that there were 11 species of reptiles,belonging to six families and two orders.Notably,Ptyas korros and Oligodon formosanus were two new records of reptiles in the reserve.Gloydius brevicaudus was the dominant species,with the population accounted for 44.07%of the total population.In terms of distribution type,there are four types of monsoon(E),four types of South China type(S),and three types of Oriental type(W).The type of habitat had a significant impact on the diversity and evenness indices of reptiles.The diversity and evenness indices were the highest in shrub grass habitat.Therefore,it is great significance to find out the current status of reptile in the Nanji Wetland National Nature Reserve for scientific decision-making on reptile conservation.
