基于形态学及分子生物学鉴定广西昭觉林蛙的分布

摘　　要：2021年7月在广西金钟山黑颈长尾雉国家级自然保护区(24°34′5.06″N,104°54′18.15″E;海拔1359 m)采集到1号蛙科(Ranidae)林蛙属(Rana)动物标本,经形态学特征比较,与昭觉林蛙(Rana chaochiaoensis)相似;基于12S rRNA和16S rRNA基因序列构建的贝叶斯和最大似然系统发育树表明,该标本与昭觉林蛙模式标本(四川昭觉)聚为一支,具有很高的支持率,与昭觉林蛙的遗传距离为0.4%,远小于林蛙属其他物种之间的遗传距离。综合形态学和分子生物学分析结果,确定该标本为昭觉林蛙,为昭觉林蛙在广西分布提供了新证据。A specimen of Rana was collected at 24°34′5.06″N,104°54′18.15″E,altitude at 1,359 m in Jinzhongshan Mrs.Hume s Pheasant National Nature Reserve of Guangxi,China in July 2021.Compared the morphological characteristics with other species of the genus Rana the specimen is similar to R.chaochiaoensis.The Bayesian inference and Maximum likelihood trees constructed based on 12S rRNA and 16S rRNA genes sequences showed that this specimen was clustered with the R.chaochiaoensis type locality specimen with very high support.The genetic distance between the specimen and R.chaochiaoensis was 0.4%,was much lower than that between other Rana species.Combined with morphological and molecular identifications,the specimen collected in Longlin was identified as R.chaochiaoensis,which provides the new evidence for the distribution of R.chaochiaoensis in Guangxi.
