摘 要:野生哺乳动物肠道微生态由肠道正常菌群及其所生活的环境共同构成,与动物个体生理和健康密切相关。粪便样品对野生动物肠道微生态的研究具有特殊价值,基于粪便组学将可能从多个角度对野生哺乳动物肠道微生态在外界环境、饮食和疾病等方面提供重要信息。本文主要综述了基于粪便的高通量组学技术及其在野生哺乳动物研究中的应用,重点关注野生与圈养、气候与地域变化,以及疾病状态的肠道微生物组学和代谢组学的研究应用,以期推动生物技术在我国野生哺乳动物研究中的发展,为野生动物保护提供新的研究手段和研究方向。The‘intestinal microecology’of wild mammals consists of intestinal microbiota,intestinal epithelial cells,and mucosal immune system that together form the intestinal mucosal barrier,and plays an important role in the regulation of the physiology and health of individuals.Because of the special values of fecal samples for the study of intestinal microecology in wild mammals,omics analysis based upon feces sample may provide important information for interpreting the intestinal microecology of wild mammalian respect to the environment,diet,disease and so on.In this review,we introduced several high-throughput omics technologies using feces samples.We focused on their application on different research area in both wild and captive mammals,as well as on varying climatic,geographical,and healthy conditions.We hope to promote the application of biotechnology in the research of wild mammals in China,and to provide a new research approach and direction for wild animal protection.
