摘 要:多层包扎压力容器多被用于炼油和化工等行业,但其结构类型和操作条件会造成多种类型的设备损伤,而且结构和操作条件也制约了检验方式和检测方法的选择。筛选了关于多层包扎压力容器的检验案例,分析了两种包扎结构和三种不同操作条件对选择检验方式和检测方法的影响,得出了不同操作条件、不同结构的多层包扎压力容器易出现的损伤、重点的检验部位和缺陷处理的方法。同时分析了基于风险的检验技术在多层包扎容器上应用的受限条件。Multilayer bundled pressure vessel are mostly applied in oil refining and chemical industries,but there may exist some damnification in equipment due to structural types and working operations which also limit the selections of inspection methods.In this article,the instances about inspection of multilayer bundled pressure vessels were screening,and the effects from two bundled structures and three working operations to the inspection types and methods were analyzed,and the damages easily appeared,the crucial inspected parts and the methods of treating damages under different working conditions and with different bundled structures were determined.At the same times,the applicable conditions of inspection technology based on risk for multilayer bundled pressure vessels were analyzed.
