摘  要:ESA是引信中较先进的技术之一。ESA系统已经广泛应用于各军兵种的各类武器系统中。随着半导体和微电子技术的不断突破,FPGA产品的性能得到了很大的提高,为利用新方法实现ESA系统奠定了坚实的基础。提出了一种基于FPGA技术的ESA系统实现方法。通过选择两种不同的环境信号作为两级保险的解保环境信息。其中一种是火箭发动机产生的加速度过载信号,另一种是导弹制导舱在飞行过程中产生的制导信息。采用“阈值+时间窗”的方法识别这两种激励信号。详细介绍了ESA系统的工作原理和工作过程,同时利用仿真软件对系统时序进行了仿真和分析,验证了系统的可行性和有效性。ESA is one of the more advanced technologies in fuze. ESA has been widely used in various weapon systems of various services and arms. With the continuous breakthrough of semiconductor and microelectronics technology, the performance of FPGA products has been greatly improved, which lays a solid foundation for the realization of ESA with new methods. This paper presents an ESA implementation method based on FPGA technology. Two different environmental signals are selected as the environmental information of two-level insurance. One is acceleration overload signal generated by rocket engine, the other is guidance information generated by missile guidance module during flight. The method of "threshold + time window" was used to identify the two excitation signals. In this paper, the working principle and working process of ESA are introduced in detail. At the same time, the timing sequence of the system is simulated and analyzed by using simulation software, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified.
