布地奈德混悬液雾化联合奥美拉唑及枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗老年人喉咽反流的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合奥美拉唑及枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗老年人喉咽反流(LPR)的临床价值。方法选取福永人民医院耳鼻喉科2020年1月~2021年8月就诊的100例老年LPR患者,随机均分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合奥美拉唑及枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,对照组患者单用奥美拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周及治疗后8周的反流症状指数评分量表(RSI)及反流体征指数量表(RFS)。结果治疗1周后,观察组RSI、RFS较治疗前下降且有意义(P<0.05),而对照组前后比较无明显差异;治疗后8周,两组RSI、RFS较治疗前下降且有意义(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);此外,观察组疗效总有效率为92.0%明显优于对照组总有效率的76.0%。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合奥美拉唑及莫沙必利在治疗老年人LPR具有短期及远期的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical value of budesonide suspension inhalation combined with omeprazole and mosapride citrate in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR) in the elderly. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with LPR from the Department of Otolaryngology, Fuyong People’s Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group were treated with budesonide suspension nebulized inhalation combined with omeprazole and mosapride citrate,and patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole and mosapride citrate alone.Results After one week of treatment, the RSI and RFS of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between before and after the control group;Eight weeks after treatment,the RSI and RFS of the two groups were lower and meaningful than those before treatment( P < 0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).In addition, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%, which was significantly better than the 76.0% of the control group.Conclusion The nebulization of budesonide suspension combined with omeprazole and mosapride has short-term and long-term effects in the treatment of LPR in the elderly.
