中药熏蒸治疗卡培他滨所致Ⅱ度手足综合征的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏蒸治疗卡培他滨所致Ⅱ度手足综合征的疗效研究。方法选取2019年3月~2021年3月以来收治的接受卡培他滨治疗后引起Ⅱ度手足综合征的86例患者,随机分成研究组和对照组各43例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予中药熏蒸治疗。观察分析两组患者治疗疗效、生活质量评分、药物毒性降低时间及使用药物天数等。结果与对照组比,研究组治疗疗效明显更高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组生活质量评分相对较高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组使用药物天数及毒性降低时间均相对较短(P<0.05)。结论因卡培他滨所致Ⅱ度手足综合征患者接受中药熏蒸治疗可有效增强治疗疗效,使患者使用药物天数及药物毒性降低时间等进一步缩减,从而促进其生活质量有效改善。Objective To explore the efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of gradeⅡhand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine.Methods A total of 86 patients with gradeⅡhand-foot syndrome after capecitabine treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received Chinese herbal fumigation treament.Treatment efficacy,quality of life score,drug toxicity reduction time and days of drug use were observed and analyzed in 2 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the study group was relatively higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the days of drug use and toxicity reduction time in the study group were relatively shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation treament for patients with gradeⅡhandfoot syndrome caused by capecitabine can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,further shorten the days of drug use and the time of drug toxicity reduction,so as to effectively improve their quality of life.
