齿轮轮缘厚度对齿根弯曲强度的影响

摘  要:分别采用KISSsoft和有限元软件计算一对渐开线直齿轮副在不同轮缘厚度情况下的齿根应力并进行对比,两者计算结果相差较大,且后者计算的轮缘内侧应力随轮缘厚度的减小而增大。但前者不考虑轮缘厚度系数、齿间载荷分配系数和齿向载荷分布系数换算后的齿根应力与后者计算结果接近。计算结果表明,KISSsoft中轮缘厚度系数就是有限元计算轮缘内侧应力的等效反应,将后者轮缘的失效通过前者齿根应力过大反应出来。该研究提醒设计者优化齿轮轮缘设计,达到提高齿轮强度、寿命的目的。The author calculated the root stress of involute spur gear pair under the condition of different gear rim thicknesses by using KISSsoft and the finite element analysis,which of the results were different widely,and rim stress increased with the decreasing of rim thickness.But the calculation of root stress by using KISSsoft without the rim thickness factor,the transverse load factor and the face load factor was close to the value of FEA.The calculation results reveal that the rim thickness factor of KISSsoft is the response of the rim stress of FEA,and the gear rim failure of the latter appears through the excessive stress of the former,in order to remind the designer to optimize the gear rim and improve gear strength.
