中医药资源助力构建人类卫生健康共同体

摘　　要：人类卫生健康共同体是中国在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中立足人类生命健康提出的全球卫生治理新理念。中医药资源对于人类卫生健康共同体的构建具有重要卫生价值、经济价值、科技价值、文化价值以及生态价值。加强与世界卫生组织的中医药交流与合作,支持其在国际卫生事务中发挥核心作用,以中医药资源助推健康丝绸之路建设,与日韩、东盟等周边国家及组织构建周边卫生健康共同体,是中医药资源助力构建人类卫生健康共同体的重要现实路径。The community of common health for mankind is a new concept of global health governance based on human life and health proposed by China in the fight against the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Chinese medicine resources have important health,economic,scientific and technological,as well as cultural and ecological values for the construction of the community of common health for mankind.In view of that,the study puts forward the following vital practical paths,including strengthening exchanges and cooperation with the World Health Organization(WHO)on Chinese medicine,supporting WHO's central role in international health affairs,promoting the construction of a healthy Silk Road with Chinese medicine resources,and building a peripheral health community with neighboring countries and organizations such as Japan,South Korea,and ASEAN for Chinese medicine resources to be helpful in building the community of common health for mankind.
