铁路混凝土桥梁梁端聚氨酯涂料制备及性能研究

摘　　要：采用环氧树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇DL-2000D、聚醚三元醇330N、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为主要原材料制备A组分,利用扩链剂、聚醚多元醇3630、潜固化剂、催化剂及其他助剂复配得到B组分,制备了一种双组分环氧改性聚氨酯涂料。并研究了环氧树脂、潜固化剂、扩链剂、组分配比及环境湿度等对所制涂料性能的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂E-12加入量为3%(质量分数,后同),自制潜固化剂TKTY-360加入量为4%,自制扩链剂TKTY-1300与3,3'–二氯–4,4'–二氨基二苯基甲烷物质的量比为9∶1时,所制弹性体综合性能最为优异,受湿度影响较小,模量低,断裂伸长率及拉伸强度较高,适用配比宽泛。Two-component epoxy modified polyurethane coatings were prepared.Component A was prepared with epoxy resin,diphenylmethane diisocyanate,polyether diol DL-2000D,polyether triol 330N and dioctyl phthalate as main raw materials,and component B was obtained by compounding chain extender,polyether polyol 3630,latent curing agent,catalyst and other additives.The effects of epoxy resin,latent curing agent,chain extender,component blending ratios and environmental humidity on the properties of the coatings were studied.The results show that when the dosage of epoxy resin E-12 is 3%(wt%,the same below),the dosage of self-made latent curing agent TKTY-360 is 4%,and the molar ratio of self-made chain extender TKTY-1300 to 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane is 9∶1,the elastomer prepared has the best comprehensive properties,less affected by humidity,a low modulus,high elongation at break and tensile strength,and a wide blending ratio range.
