摘  要:为从更能体现管理学价值的相关主体视角测度旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险的内在相互影响,首先借助风险结构矩阵(RSM)提取旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险清单,结合问卷调查及其一致性分析辨识其间风险关系,进而利用Netdraw及构建的邻接矩阵可视化旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险网络。其次,利用社会网络分析(SNA)结构属性、关联程度、控制能力、连接枢纽细化指标块模型、点度中心度、中间中心度、中间人分析,确定了网络中居于核心地位的关键性风险。最后,从整体网络密度、聚集系数、关联可达性三方面对实施控制策略后的风险管理效果进行检测。结果表明,采取有针对性控制策略后,整体风险网络复杂度及网络节点间联系的紧密度均明显降低,网络中由关键风险引发的导致整个旧工业厂房绿色再生项目失败的可能性大大降低。To measure the inherent interaction of project governance risk from the perspective of relevant subjects that can better reflect the value of management,a network model of green regeneration of old industrial plants was established.First of all,in virtue of the Risk Structure Matrix,43 project governance risk factors were extracted.According to the factor’s mutual influence,after eliminating the relations that do not exist,We design and distribute the questionnaire of“Associative relation of project governance risk of green regeneration of old industrial plant”.At this time,for the sake of testing the validity and credibility of the statistic data,Social Network Analysis software Ucinet 6.0 was used to conduct a Consensus Analysis on the different degrees of respondents’answers.During this period,combined with the obtained Adjacency Matrix,a network of project governance risks of green regeneration of the old industrial plant was constructed.Then,Netdraw software was used to visualize the network model.Second,comprehensive the detailed indexes of Social Network Analysis of Block Model,Point Centrality,Between Centrality,Brokerage Roles,the Structural Properties,Correlation Degree,Control Ability and Connection Hub of the established network model were deeply analyzed.Furthermore,8 key risk factors and 30 key risk relations that are at the core of the network were identified.Last but not least,the key risk control strategies were formulated according to the actual situation for such future projects.Finally,the implementation effect of network critical risk control strategies was tested from the three aspects of Density Overall,Clustering Coefficient,and Cohesion Reachability.And the result shows that both the complexity of the network and the closeness between nodes are significantly reduced after adopting the targeted control strategies.Meanwhile,the possibility of failure caused by the key risks of green regeneration of old industrial plants is also greatly depleted.
