摘 要:为了确定实施系统故障预防的成本,在不平衡报价模型和空间故障网络(Space Fault Network,SFN)基础上提出了系统故障预防成本模型。SFN用于分析系统故障演化过程(System Fault Evolution Process,SFEP),确定引起系统故障的基本原因及演化逻辑关系。给出了SFN中不同层次事件预防成本迭代的逻辑关系,形成系统故障预防成本表达式。在此基础上使用不平衡报价模型对该表达式进行优化,给出了模型过程的具体步骤。通过实例SFEP的SFN分析,展示了算法的分析流程,最终获得了系统故障预防成本表达式的优化形式,说明了算法的效用及其与传统不平衡报价模型的区别和优缺点。To determine the cost of implementing system fault prevention,a cost model of system fault prevention is proposed based on the unbalanced quotation model and space fault network(SFN).SFN is used to analyze the system fault evolution process(SFEP)and determine the basic causes and evolution logic relationship of system faults.The logic relationships of event prevention cost iteration in different levels of SFN are given,and the expression of system fault prevention cost is formed.On this basis,the expression is optimized by using the unbalanced quotation model,and the specific steps of the model process are given.The implementation steps include:(1)determine the system fault evolution process;(2)establish the space fault network;(3)get the expression of system overall fault prevention cost;(4)determine the model parameters of system fault prevention measures;(5)bring in the parameter and simplify;(6)determine the range of values according to the range of p′i and iterate layer by layer with min and sum;(7)get the optimal form of system fault prevention cost and determine the maximum value.Through the SFN analysis of an example SFEP,the analysis flow of the algorithm is shown,and the optimization form of the cost expression of system fault prevention is finally obtained.The utility of the algorithm and the difference,advantages,and disadvantages between the algorithm and the traditional unbalanced quotation model are illustrated.The method presented in this paper is mainly used to determine the minimum cost of enterprises,and it is also helpful for enterprises to audit the cost of third-party measures.Compared with the traditional unbalanced bidding model,this method takes into account the logical relationship among the prevented events in SFEP.Considering these logical relations,the cost of measures will be significantly reduced,which is important for the enterprises;the system fault prevention effect can be maximized in the case of limited budgets.
