摘 要:为了探索民用航空器驾驶舱机组应急能力存在的问题,提高机组应急能力,引进物元可拓理论对民用航空器驾驶舱机组应急能力进行评估。构建了包含4个一级指标、17个二级指标的民用航空器驾驶舱机组应急能力评估指标体系,建立了民用航空器驾驶舱机组应急能力可拓评估模型,应用改进CRITIC法确定指标权重,计算各评估指标的关联函数和关联度,得出机组应急能力的综合关联度及能力级别,并选取机组A、B进行实证。结果表明,被试机组A和B同属应急能力等级II,但机组A的变量特征值小于B组,表明被试机组A比B更趋近于应急能力等级II。To promote the emergency response capability of the cockpit flight crew of civil aircraft and ensure flight safety,the extension theory was introduced to assess the emergency response capability of the cockpit flight crew of civil aircraft.Firstly,according to expert interviews and literature review,seventeen indexes were picked up,for instance,communication skills,alertness,emergency maneuverability,emotional control ability,etc.A questionnaire by using the developed seventeen indexes was established and its reliability and validity were analyzed by the software SPSS 22.0.Through factor rotation and transformation,these indexes were classified into the four aspects of emergency response capability,that is,basic quality,decision-making and manipulation ability,situational awareness,and stress management ability.An assessment index system of emergency response capability for the cockpit flight crew of civil aircraft was established,including four primary indicators and seventeen secondary indexes.Then,an extension assessment model of emergency response capability for the cockpit flight crew of civil aircraft was constructed and each index weight was determined by using the improved CRITIC.Besides,the correlation function and correlation degree of each assessment index was calculated.The comprehensive correlation degree and capability level of the emergency response capability of the crew was obtained.Finally,crew A and B were selected to verify the model.The results show that the comprehensive relevance of crew A is 0.202 and the comprehensive relevance of crew B is 0.212.The emergency response capability level of crew A and B is level II,but the variable characteristic value of crew A is smaller than that of crew B.It shows that crew A is closer to emergency response capability level II than B.
