摘 要:除尘滤筒的脉冲喷吹清灰存在清灰不良问题,考察了文丘里喷嘴对新型对撞喷吹性能的改善效果,构建了脉冲喷吹的数值模型,运用Ansys Fluent 19.0软件对清灰流场进行模拟与分析。结果表明,文丘里喷嘴和普通喷嘴在相同条件下对撞脉喷形成的高压喷吹气流的运移规律类似,移动式作用于滤筒壁面。应用文丘里喷嘴有利于显著提高对撞脉喷过程中滤筒中下部的喷吹压力,进而提高整体的喷吹强度。与普通喷嘴相比,文丘里喷嘴喷吹距离越大,对于对撞脉喷清灰喷吹强度的提升越加显著。以上结论可为除尘器的脉喷清灰优化设计提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problem of poor dust cleaning in dust collector cartridge pulse blowing cleaning,and to provide help for the design of dust cleaning in such dust collectors.To achieve the above purpose,this paper constructs a new type of Opposing Pulse-jet cleaning performance by Ansys Fluent 19.0 Software,replaces the main nozzle at the top with a venturi nozzle,compares the airflow field of Opposing Pulse-jet under the conditions of blowing distance 50-650 mm,divides the side wall of the filter vertically into 5 areas equally,and sets a measurement point at the center of each area to detect the static pressure on the filter during Pulse-jet.The air flows into the filter is also monitored in the simulation.The results show that the venturi nozzle and the general nozzle under the conditions of Opposing Pulse-jet formation of high-pressure blowing air flow transport law is similar.In the start-up time difference of 0.025 s conditions are bottom-up mobile moving and acting on the wall surface of the filter to the middle of the upper position.The application of venturi nozzles is beneficial to increase the injection pressure at the lower part of the filter cartridge significantly during the process of pulsed-jet cleaning,the upper part of the pressure slightly decreases,the overall Pulse-jet intensity is improved,and the uniformity of Pulse-jet does not change significantly.In the range of Pulse-jet distance of 50-650 mm,whether general nozzle or venturi nozzle,with the increase in Pulse-jet distance,the Pulse-jet intensity first increases and then stabilizes(or slightly reduced).Among them,the venturi nozzle conditions increase the Pulse-jet intensity more significantly,and in the Pulse-jet distance h=550 mm when the maximum Pulse-jet intensity.Thus,the research in this paper shows that the use of venturi nozzles as the main nozzle of the Opposing Pulse-jet can effectively improve the effect of cartridge cleaning.
