新时代劳动精神的唯物史观根基、主要内涵与发扬路径

摘　　要：劳动精神是对劳动在个体和社会发展中重要作用的观念性表达。唯物史观认为,人类历史是人通过劳动而自我生成的过程,这构成了劳动精神的理论前提。新时代劳动精神的提出既是对以往社会主义劳动观的赓续,又是对当代劳动新问题的回答。新时代劳动精神具有丰富的内涵,主要包括:在规范维度上,强调以诚实劳动为准则促进社会对劳动的崇尚;在情感维度上,赞赏以辛勤劳动为基础激发对劳动的热爱;在审美维度上,推崇以创造性劳动为载体增进“美丽劳动”的审美体验。新时代劳动精神中深邃的价值内核要求我们通过具体行动将其发扬光大,对此,可以从主体性角度切入,通过教育、制度、情感、实践四个层面弘扬劳动精神。Labor spirit is a conceptual description of the importance of labor in either individual or social development. The historical materialism believes that human history is the process of one’s self-generating through labor, which constitutes the theoretical premise of labor spirit. The proposal of the new era labor spirit becomes not only the continuation of the past socialist labor concept, but also supplies the solutions to the new problems relating to the contemporary labor. The new era labor spirit has rich new connotations: in the normative dimension, itemphasizes honesty as the criterion to promote the social worship of labor;in the emotional dimension, it puts forward hard-working as the basis to stimulate the affectionfor labor;in the aesthetic dimension, it takes the creative labor as the carrier to enhance the aesthetic experience of "beautiful labor". The profound and core value of the new era labor spirit requires the carrying forward paths for the value pursuit, which lies in the possible specific actions in the fields of education, institution, emotion and practice, from the perspective of subjectivity.
