摘 要:为实现柔性可穿戴天线的超宽带和小型化,提出了一种小型化六角分形超宽带可穿戴天线方案.在经典六角形超宽带天线的基础上,引入了Sierpinski结构,并增加了空心设计,同时去除2.5 mm六边形边缘长度以实现天线的超宽带和小型化.天线的最终尺寸为14.5 mm×13.8 mm×0.21 mm,采用柔性材料聚酰亚胺作为介质基板,其相对介电常数为3.6,损耗正切值为0.031,实现了天线的可穿戴灵活性.通过全波电磁仿真软件HFSS对天线进行建模,仿真和优化,仿真结果表明,天线的回波损耗在1.2-10.6 GHz频段低于-10 dB,在3 GHz处发生谐振,回波损耗值达到-38.24 dB.为了验证仿真结果,实际制作了天线,实测与仿真较为接近.研究表明,该天线具有较宽的覆盖频段,可适用于可穿戴无线通信设备和系统.In order to realize ultra-wideband and miniaturization of flexible wearable antennas,a hexagonal ultra-wideband fractal wearable antenna miniaturization scheme is proposed.Based on the classic hexagonal ultrawideband antenna,the Sierpinski hexagonal structure is introduced,and the hollow design is added,and the2.5 mm hexagonal edge length is removed to realize the ultra-wideband and miniaturization of the antenna.The final size of the antenna is 14.5 mm×13.8 mm×0.21 mm.The flexible material polyimide is used as the dielectric substrate.The relative dielectric constant is 3.6 and the tangent value is 0.031,which realizes the wearable flexibility of the antenna.The antenna is modeled,simulated and optimized by the full-wave electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.The simulation results show that the return loss of the antenna is lower than-10d B in the 1.2-10.6 GHz frequency band,and resonance occurs at 3 GHz,and the return loss value reaches-38.24 dB.In order to verify the simulation results,the antenna was actually fabricated,and the actual measurement is close to the simulation.Research shows that the antenna has a wide coverage band and can be applied to wearable wireless communication devices and systems.
