摘 要:随着电梯技术的发展,电梯的控制系统日益复杂,其中电磁兼容问题对电梯整体性能的影响日趋突出,而电梯控制柜的电磁屏蔽性能是其关键影响因素.运用CST仿真软件完成电梯控制柜模型的建立,分析了谐振点和干扰源位置对控制柜电磁屏蔽性能的影响.与实验对比分析,仿真模型可以正确地反映控制柜的电磁屏蔽特性以及干扰因素的影响情况,仿真结果为电梯控制柜的电磁兼容设计提供了参考依据.With the development of elevator technology,the control system of elevator becomes more and more complex.The influence of electromagnetic compatibility on the overall performance of elevator is becoming more and more prominent.And the electromagnetic shielding performance of elevator control cabinet is becoming the key factor.Elevator control cabinet model was completed by using CST software.The influence of resonant point and interferon location on electromagnetic shielding performance of control cabinet were analyzed.Compared with the experiment,the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of control cabinet and the influence of interference factors were accurately reflected by the simulation model.The simulation results provide a reference for electromagnetic compatibility design of elevator control cabinet.
