摘  要:从降温过程的玻璃形成能力(GFA)和升温过程的玻璃稳定性(GS)出发,构建出基于玻璃转变温度T_(g)衍生的复特征温度参数三角形,从而推导出判定GFA&GS的准则并从二温度参数和三温度参数对准则均衡贡献的角度,进一步对准则进行了修订:G_(T_(g))=T_(g)/T_(1)+T_(x)/T_(g)+(T_(x)-T_(g))/(T_(1)-T_(g))和G_(T_(gm))=T_(g)/T_(1)+(Tx/T_(g))/2+[(T_(x)-T_(g))/(T_(1)-T_(g))]^(0.3)。通过大量金属玻璃、氧化物玻璃和有机化合物玻璃形成物从GFA和GS两方面验证了准则的可靠性,并与当前基于特征温度的判定准则进行了对比分析。结果表明,新提出的准则在评判GFA&GS具有广泛应用性,尤其是修订后的准则在金属玻璃的GFA和GS判定方面表现最优,可以作为一个可靠的准则。A triangle of complex characteristic temperature parameters derived from glass transition temperature T_(g) was constructed from two perspectives of the glass-forming ability(GFA)in cooling process and glass stability(GS)in heating process.According to two complex characteristic temperature parameters,a GFA&GS criterion was derived and modified from the perspective of balanced contribution of two temperature parameters T_(g)/T_(1) and T_(x)/T_(g),and the three temperature parameter(T_(x)-T_(g))/(T_(1)-T_(g))to the evaluation criterion:G_(T_(g))=T_(g)/T_(1)+T_(x)/T_(g)+(T_(x)-T_(g))/(T_(1)-T_(g))和G(T_(gm))=T_(g)/T_(1)+(T_(x)/T_(g))/2+[(T_(x)-T_(g))/(T1-T_(g))]^(0.3).Through a large number of metallic glasses,oxide glasses and cryoprotectants,the reliability and efficiency of the criteria were verified and elaborated from GFA and GS in comparison with the current criteria based on characteristic temperatures.The results show that the new criteria have wide application in the evaluation of GFA&GS,especially the modified criterion has the best performance in the evaluation of GFA&GS of metallic glasses,and can be used as a reliable criterion.
