摘  要:研究了快淬速度(v=15,20,25,30,35 m/s)和热处理对熔体快淬法制备的成分为Nd_(26)Pr_(3)Fe_(bal)Co_(4)Ga_(0.42)B_(0.92)的快淬薄带的微观结构和磁性能的影响。当v<25 m/s时,薄带自由面具有明显的取向,c轴垂直于薄带表面;随着快淬速度的提高,取向度明显降低。提高快淬速度可以细化晶粒,提升至v≥25 m/s以上时非晶含量明显提升,当v<25 m/s时初始磁化曲线表现为一步磁化过程,退磁曲线的方形度较好;当v≥25 m/s时向两步磁化转变,退磁曲线出现明显塌腰;在v=25 m/s时取得最佳磁性能,分别为B_(r)=0.80 T,_(μ0)H_(cj)=1.56 T,(BH)_(max)=108.22 kJ/m^(3)。对快淬薄带进行适当的晶化退火处理后,快淬带中的非晶含量显著减少,当v≤25 m/s时快淬薄带的磁性能有所改善;当v>25 m/s时退磁曲线塌腰消失,矫顽力大幅提升,方形度明显改善;当v=35 m/s时制备的快淬薄带取得最高矫顽力,_(μ0)H_(cj)=2.10 T;v=30 m/s时取得最佳磁性能,分别为Br=0.91 T,_(μ0)H_(cj)=1.82 T,(BH)_(max)=141.65 kJ/m^(3)。快淬薄带形貌沿厚度方向变化,热处理前其贴辊面一侧以非晶及细晶为主,自由面晶粒较大;热处理后贴辊面一侧的非晶含量显著减少。The effects of melt-spinning speed(v=15,20,25,30,35 m/s)and heat-treatment process on the magnetic properties and microstructure of melt-spun Nd_(26)Pr_(3)Fe_(bal)Co_(4)Ga_(0.42)B_(0.92) ribbons were investigated.The ribbons show an obvious orientation when the speed is less than 25 m/s in the free side,and c-axis is perpendicular to the strip surface;the orientation decreases with the increase of melt-spinning speed.The grain can be refined by increasing the melt-spinning speed.When v<25 m/s,the initial magnetization curve shows a one-step magnetization process,and demagnetization curve have good squareness.When v≥25 m/s,the amorphous phase content increases obviously,the initial magnetization curve changes to two-step magnetization process,and the demagnetization curve collapses obviously.The best magnetic properties Br=0.80 T,_(μ0)H_(cj)=1.56 T,(BH)_(max)=108.22 kJ/m^(3) are obtained under v=25 m/s.After optimum crystallization annealing treatment,the amorphous phase content reduces significantly,all of the magnetic properties of ribbons improve obviously at v≤25 m/s.Squareness and coercivity increase remarkable at v>25 m/s;The ribbon prepared at v=35 m/s possesses the highest coercivity(_(μ0)H_(cj)=2.10 T).The best magnetic properties Br=0.91 T,_(μ0)H_(cj)=1.82 T,(BH)_(max)=141.65 kJ/m^(3) are obtained under v=30 m/s.The microstructure changes along with the thickness direction.The wheel side is composed of amorphous and fine grains,the free side is composed of larger grains.After the heat-treatment,the amorphous phase content is reduced significantly.
