摘 要:以烧结后的电解二氧化锰为正极活性材料,金属锂作为负极材料,组装成锂锰纽扣电池。然后分别采用放电深度为0~2.36%的恒阻7.3Ω模式和放电深度为0~4%的恒流4 mA两种模式进行预放电实验,并进行电性能测试。内阻测试结果表明:预放电有利于降低电池内阻,恒阻7.3Ω模式电池内阻比恒流4 mA模式小。通过EIS阻抗图谱分析可知预放电深度约1%时的电池Rct较小。在20 mA脉冲放电模式验证下,预放电深度在1%~3%区间内的电池放电性能较好。该研究有利于锂锰电池的实际生产应用。The lithium manganese dioxide coin-type cells were assembled using sintered electrolytic manganese dioxide as cathode and lithium metal as anode electrode.Two modes of constant resistance 7.3Ωand constant current 4 mA,corresponding to 0~2.36%and 0~4%of the pre-discharge capacity were conducted,respectively.Subsequently,electrical characterization reported here was performed.It is demonstrated that the pre-discharge could reduce the resistance of the battery,and the resistance in the constant resistance 7.3Ωmode is lower than in the constant current 4 mA mode.Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS)results confirm that the Rct of battery is smaller at about 1%of the pre-discharge capacity.Moreover,the batteries have presented better discharge performance when the predischarge capacity is within the range of 1%to 3%at 20 mA impulsive discharge.The results can be used in practical production of the lithium manganese dioxide coin-type cells.
