摘 要:如何降低试制质量问题发生率和流出率是目前提升试制样车质量亟待解决的课题。利用8D分析方法,以团队形式推进,可实现对已发生问题的快速响应,再通过对根本原因的多层次分析,形成永久对策并制订管控措施,避免此问题或类似问题再度发生。该方法实现了对试制质量问题的深层剖析,并可对问题有效水平展开,在不同车型和不同项目中进行再发防止,降低试制质量问题发生率,有助于提升整车试制质量管控水平,进而提高试制样车整体品质。How to reduce the occurrence rate and outflow rate of trial production quality problems is an urgent problem to improve the quality of trial production sample vehicles.By using the 8D analysis method and promoting in the work team,we can realize the rapid response to the occurred problems.Then,through the multi-level analysis of the root causes,we can form permanent countermeasures and formulate control measures to avoid the recurrence of the problem or similar problems.This method realizes the in-depth analysis of the trial production quality problems,which can expand the effective level of the problems to prevent the recurrence in different models and projects.In addition,it can reduce the incidence of trial production quality problems and improve the quality control level of the whole vehicle trial production,and then improve the overall quality of the trial production sample vehicle.
