摘 要:电子设备方舱既是电子装备的重要结构载体,也是装备的第二形象窗口。文章立足于电子设备方舱未来发展趋势与技术需求,针对目前应用最为广泛的6米标准电子设备方舱为基础,通过全过程贯彻工业设计创新理念与方法,统一布局规划、内饰设计与工程化设计,应用人机设计与布局优化设计、隐藏式风道设计、LED照明补偿设计等手段进行集成化设计,提升了某新型电子设备方舱的整体统一性与人机环境舒适性。该方舱的研制是方舱工业设计与结构设计契合未来方舱技术发展的有益尝试,为电子设备方舱技术的发展提供重要的技术积累。Electronic equipment shelter is not only important structural carrier of electron equipment,but also the second image window of equipment.In this paper,an extensively used electronic equipment shelter of 6-meter is designed by the innovative concept and method of industrial design,which based on the future development and technical requirements.Integrated designs used in the paper include unified layout plan,interior design,ergonomic design,hidden air duct design,and LED illumination compensation design.Through designs above,the integral unity and environmental comfort of military electronic equipment shelter can be improved.The development of this cabin is the first attempt to apply industrial design in the product development,and is also a useful attempt in the collaborative design of industrial design and structural design for new cabin in our Institute.These provide a certain extent technology accumulation to the design techniques of electronic equipment shelter used in the ground-based radar.
