摘 要:试验探讨外源性谷氨酰胺和板蓝根多糖(Gln-RIP)联合应用灌胃无初乳仔鼠对其肠道形态和吸收功能的影响。试验选取120只仔鼠分为5组,每组6个重复。A组仔鼠饲喂初乳,B组仔鼠饲喂常乳+0.9%生理盐水,C组仔鼠饲喂常乳+1 g/kg Gln,D组仔鼠饲喂常乳+1 g/kg Gln+20 mg/kg RIP,E组仔鼠饲喂常乳+1 g/kg Gln+40 mg/kg RIP。应用大体解剖学技术、D-木糖吸收试验、HE染色技术、Leica显微图像处理系统对不同剂量的Gln-RIP灌胃的无初乳仔鼠组与初乳组肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度进行分析。结果显示:21 d时,C组、D组、E组小鼠体重显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。0~21 d各组中仔鼠小肠长度随日龄增加而增长。21 d时,D组、E组仔鼠的十二指肠绒毛高度显著高于B组(P<0.05),21 d时,B组、D组仔鼠空肠隐窝深度显著高于A组(P<0.05)。21 d时,B组仔鼠十二指肠V/C值显著低于E组(P<0.05)。21 d时,A组仔鼠的AV值显著高于B组(P<0.05),B组显著低于E组(P<0.05)。研究表明,Gln-RIP能够促进无初乳仔鼠肠道形态发育,增强小肠的吸收功能。The study was to investigate the effect of combined application of exogenous glutamine and lanthanide polysaccharide(Gln-RIP)on intestinal morphology and absorption function in colostrum-free littermates by gavage.A total of 120 young rats were divided into five groups,with six replicates in each group.The rats in group A were fed with colostrum,the rats in group B were fed with normal milk+0.9%saline,the rats in group C were fed with normal milk+1 g/kg Gln,the rats in group D were fed with normal milk+1 g/kg Gln+20 mg/kg RIP,and the rats in group E were fed with normal milk+1 g/kg Gln+40 mg/kg RIP.Gross anatomical techniques,D-xylose absorption assay,HE staining technique and Leica microscopic image processing system were applied to analyze the height of intestinal villi and depth of crypt in the colostrum-free litter group and colostrum group by gavage with different doses of Gln-RIP.The results showed that at 21 d,the weight of rats in group C,group D and group E was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).From 0 to 21 d,the length of small intestine increased with age.On 21 d,the height of duodenal villus in group D and group E was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and the jejunum crypt depth in group B and group D was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).On 21 d,duodenal V/C value in group B was significantly lower than that in group E(P<0.05).On 21 d,the AV value in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and that in group B was significantly lower than that in group E(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that Gln-RIP can promote the development of intestinal morphology and enhance the absorption function of small intestine in colostrum-free rats.
