摘  要:试验采用高锰酸钾滴定法,比较不同浓硝酸添加量对钙测定过程及结果的影响。采用3×4试验设计,选择3种典型饲料(钙含量高、中、低)作为试验样品,每种样品设计4种(高、中、低)硝酸添加量溶解灰分,测定过程中统计甲基红指示剂调节pH值所使用的盐酸及氨水的量,比较钙的测定结果,探讨浓硝酸添加量对后续钙测定过程及结果的影响。结果显示:不同浓硝酸添加量对钙含量测定过程及结果无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,实际生产检测中选用较少量的浓硝酸便可溶好样品中的灰分,降低生产成本。The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of different nitric acid content on the process of calcium determination and result by potassium permanganate experimental method.3×4 experimental design was used.Three kinds of typical feed(calcium content including high,middle and low)was choosed as experimental samples,each sample designed three kinds of nitric acid content(high,middle and low)to dissolve ash,and the amount of hydrochloric acid and ammonium hydroxide were measured during the process of methyl red indicator adjust the pH value.The determination results of calcium was compared,the subsequent measurement process and results of calcium determination with high concentrate nitric acid content were explored.The results showed that different of nitric acid content on determination of calcium content had no significant effect(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that a small amount of concentrated nitric acid can be used to dissolve the ash in the sample and reduce the production cost.
