摘　　要：酶制剂是天然环保型添加剂,具有安全、高效、无毒、无副作用等优点,能够提高饲料营养价值,促进绿色养殖环境发展。文章综述饲用酶制剂的种类、发展现状及其在动物生产中的应用,分析饲用酶制剂的作用机理、影响因素及其在实际生产中存在的问题,旨在为饲用酶制剂在动物生产中的应用提供参考。Enzyme preparation is a natural and environmentally friendly additive,which has the advantages of safety,high efficiency,non-toxicity and no side effects.It can improve the nutritional value of feed and promote the development of green breeding environment.The article reviews the types,development status and application of feed enzymes in animal production,analyzes the mechanism of action of enzyme preparations for feeding,the influencing factors and the problems in actual production,to provide reference for the future application of feed enzyme preparations in animal production.
