摘　　要：目的了解海军驻沿海某基层部队官兵疼痛发生的一般情况,分析疼痛发生相关因素,提出防范措施,减少因疼痛发作导致的非战斗减员。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选择海军驻沿海某基层部队官兵共732名作为研究对象。综合既往文献资料和前期调研进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况(年龄、婚姻状况、是否执行海上任务、受伤史等)、疼痛的部位、时间、缓解方法、治疗情况等。结果男性、已婚、之前有受伤史、定期执行海上任务的官兵更容易出现疼痛症状。疼痛发作与年龄、执行任务时间和对疼痛敏感程度呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛发作对官兵的日常生活和工作有不同程度的影响,主要为轻中度影响。结论驻沿海基层部队官兵疼痛发作的相关因素较多,医疗部门应加强疼痛的预防、治疗、康复和心理治疗,提高部队战斗力。Objective To investigate the general situation of pain in the officers and men of a certain naval basic unit in the coastal area,analyze related factors of pain,and put forward preventive measures against it,so as to decrease non‐combat casualties due to pain.Methods With random sampling method,732 naval officers and men were enrolled as study subjects.The questionnaire survey form was formulated based on previous research and literature.The contents of investigation included:age,marriage status,previous sea service,injury history,sites of pain,occurrence time,relief or treatment methods,and other general information.Results Those married males with an injury history,and occasional sea service were more likely to have pain symptoms.The onset of pain was positively correlated with age,service time and sensitivity to pain,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The onset of pain could exert various impacts(chiefly mild and moderate)on officers and men.Conclusion There are many factors related with the onset of pain among officers and men in the coastal grass-roots units.Efforts should be made on the part of medical administration to enhance prevention,treatment,recovery and psychological therapy of pain,so as to strengthen combat effectiveness of the troops.
