摘　　要：目的调查南沙某岛礁2020年7月普通感冒暴发流行的情况及原因,了解官兵对感冒防治常识的认知情况,为制定预防措施及推进科学施训提供依据。方法研究对象为南沙某岛礁部队官兵及工程作业人员731人,基于微信“问卷星”平台设计并发放问卷,后台回收数据,对某岛礁2020年7月普通感冒暴发流行的情况,如感冒病情、感冒后单位采取的措施及其对病情的影响、普通官兵对感冒的认知等,进行描述性统计分析;对人员基本情况、暴露的危险因素等进行单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果2020年7月该岛礁普通感冒患病率为42.68%。既往感冒频率、户外长时间淋雨、密切接触感冒患者为导致感冒患病的独立危险因素。单位采取的措施对改善病情、控制流行产生了积极影响。部分人员对感冒的基本常识认知不足。结论为防止岛礁普通感冒流行的出现,应加强健康教育,落实科学施训,做好公共卫生管理。Objective To investigate the prevalence and causes of the outbreak of a common cold on a certain Nansha island in July 2020,and also to investigate the knowledge on the prevention and control of common cold among officers and men,so as to provide evidence for the development of preventive measures and enhancement of scientific training.Methods Based on the SOJUMP platform,the questionnaire forms were designed and issued,and then data were collected.Descriptive and statistical analyses were conducted on the illness status,the measures taken and impacts on the cold,and also the knowledge on the prevention and control of common cold among officers and men.Single factor analysis and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were performed on the basic information of military personnel and the risk factors of exposure.Results The prevalence of common cold on the island in July 2020 was as high as 42.68%.Past cold frequency,prolonged outdoor rain exposure and close contact with cold patients were independent risk factors for cold.The measures taken by the unit had a positive impact on the alleviation of the disease conditions and epidemic control of the disease.Certain military personnel were obviously insufficient in the basic knowledge of cold.Conclusion To prevent the recurrence of common cold,health education should be intensified,scientific training be implemented and public health management be further improved.
