以TQM为导向的全程管理模式在体外受精-胚胎移植患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨以全面质量管理(TQM)为导向的全程管理模式在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1月1日~10月31日收治的的110例IVF-ET患者作为对照组,给予常规管理模式;将2020年3月1日~12月31日收治的105例IVF-ET患者作为观察组,给予以TQM为导向的全程管理模式。比较两组自我管理情况、促排卵注射笔自行注射情况、随访应答率。结果:观察组助孕专科知识、症状、心理、营养、活动和用药管理得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组自行注射和正确注射促排卵注射笔情况、随访应答率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用以TQM为导向的全程管理模式可提高IVF-ET患者自我管理水平和随访应答率,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of the total quality management(TQM)oriented management mode in the whole process of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)patients.Methods:During January 1 to October 31,2019,110 cases IVF-ET patients were as the control group,and was conventional management mode;During March 1 to December 31,2020,105 cases of IVF-ET patients were as the observation group,and was given the whole process of the TQM oriented management mode.Comparison was made between the two groups on self management,promoting ovulation injection pen auto-injection situation,and the follow-up response rate.Results:The assisted reproduction specialist knowledge,symptoms,psychology,nutrition,activity and drug management scores and total scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The auto-injection and correct injection to stimulate ovulation injection pen and follow-up response rate were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application in the whole process of TQM oriented management mode can improve the level of self management and follow-up response rate in IVF-ET patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
