品管圈护理活动降低肥胖患者术后压疮发生风险效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈护理活动降低肥胖患者术后压疮发生风险效果。方法选取2019年1月—12月200例肥胖手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施品管圈护理活动,对照组实施常规护理,比较2组患者术后压疮和并发症发生率及对护理服务满意度。结果观察组患者术后压疮发生率为5.00%,较对照组39.00%显著降低,并发症发生率为6.00%,较对照组19.00%显著降低,对护理服务满意率为91.00%,较对照组78.00%显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖患者术后实施品管圈护理活动可提高护理质量,降低压疮和并发症的发生率,提高满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle nursing activities to reduce the risk of postoperative pressure ulcers in obese patients.Methods Select 200 patients with obesity surgery from January 2019 to December 2019 to be randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Quality control circle nursing activities,the control group implements routine nursing,compares the postoperative pressure ulcers and complications of the two groups of patients,and satisfaction with nursing services.Results The observation group patients postoperative pressure ulcer incidence rate was 5.00%compared with the control group 39.00%significantly reduced,the incidence of complications was 6.00%significantly lower than the control group 19.00%,the satisfaction rate of nursing services was 91.00%significantly higher than the control group 78.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Obesity Carrying out quality control circle nursing activities for patients after operation can improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and complications,and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.It is recommended to be promoted clinically.
