摘　　要：目的探讨视频式健康教育对乳腺癌静脉港植入患者自护能力、依从性及并发症的影响。方法选择2017年6月—2019年6月江西省肿瘤医院收治的100例乳腺癌静脉港植入患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用视频式健康教育,比较2组干预前和干预3个月时自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]评分和治疗依从性,观察并统计并发症发生情况和生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果观察组干预后ESCA中自我护理技能、自我护理知识、自我护理责任感、自我护理概念评分均高于对照组;治疗依从率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%;并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组干预后SF-36各项评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论视频式健康教育有助于提高乳腺癌静脉港植入患者的自我护理能力和治疗依从性,能够减少并发症的发生,有效改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of video based health education on self-care ability,compliance and complications of patients with breast cancer undergoing venous port implantation.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer who received venous port implantation in our hospital from June 2017 to June2019 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received video health education on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of self-care ability[self-care ability measurement scale(ESCA)]and treatment compliance of the two groups before and 3 months after intervention were compared,and the incidence of complications and quality of life[health survey summary(SF-36)]scores were observed and counted.Results After intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-care knowledge,self-care responsibility and self-care concept in ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The treatment compliance rate was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%in the control group;The incidence of complications was 2.00%,lower than 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Video based health education can improve the self-care ability and treatment compliance of patients with breast cancer,and can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
